Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small Business Enterprise specializing in providing IT Consulting, IT Staffing Solutions, and Software solutions. They are seeking an SAP Callidus Application Developer to participate in requirements gathering, develop and deploy solutions, and support integrated testing strategies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Participate in requirements gathering sessions for new system implementation i.e. Callidus Tool Design, configure and partner with the project team to develop, test, and deploy solutions, including integrations.
โ€ข Support integrated testing strategies and coordinate testing efforts with end users Understanding of SQL queries Drive application development within IT, on ICM systems
โ€ข Work with the geographically distributed team comprised of Architects, Functional SMEs and Quality Engineers.
โ€ข Be willing to learn about existing (legacy) IT platforms as well as new market offerings in this domain
โ€ข Desired Skills/Experience 4-year degree (minimum) in Information Systems or related discipline
โ€ข Minimum 6-7 years of Callidus development experience including usage of Rules, Plans, Formulae, Territories, Lookup tables, Participants, Positions, Titles, and pipeline execution
โ€ข Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation process Should have understanding in Developing ICM code and fine tune the existing code for better system performance
โ€ข Understanding of Callidus Workflows Experience integrating ICM to ERP systems (Preferably Oracle EBS)
โ€ข Reviewing QA and UAT test scripts
โ€ข Must have experience giving presentations to senior management and Business Process owners
