Job description

Full-time, non-exempt position providing effective inbound call service to new and existing members, providers and customers through a VoIP system. Transfer incoming calls to extensions, voicemail or cellular devices as necessary. Workweek is Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. No weekends or holidays are required of this position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Answer incoming calls from members, providers and customers on VoIP system;
  • Transfer calls successfully to extensions, external numbers or voicemail extensions as recorded in directory;
  • Accurately record information, as applicable; and
  • Perform clinic support duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Graduate, or equivalent
  • Ability to listen and speak courteously
  • Literacy abilities
  • Skills with MSOffice software products
  • Ability to sit 80-90% of a workday
  • Ability to use a headset or MiTel software program on screen to answer calls and execute call distribution
