NOW HIRING โ€“ CALL CENTER WFH IN THE USA

Are you a Call Center Representative with a passion for helping people? Would you like to start a position from the comfort of your home? APPLY TODAY.

Location: Remote in the USA.

Shift: Between 8am โ€“ 8pm EST

Pay Rate: $18 - $19/hour

What you will be doing:

  • Processing routine and complex inquiries to provide high quality service to internal and external customers
  • Handling inquiries involving group life, disability and absence including claims, medical underwriting, and continuation of coverage
  • Handling first notices of loss for group life, disability and absence claims via telephone and non-phone channels of work

The right candidate will have:

  • 6 months of Contact Center or CSR experience
  • Ability to handle tough conversations
  • Bilingual Spanish/ English preferred
  • Insurance industry knowledge
  • Proven ability to navigate through multiple systems and applications
  • Data entry skills
