Call Center Operator PRN

Do you have the PRN career opportunities as a Call Center Operator PRN you want with your current employer? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join HCA Florida West Hospital which is part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provide customer service in the Hospital Call Center, Front Desk, and Pavilion Front Desk. Answer and route incoming calls; take process and dispatch maintenance work orders, monitor hospital alarms and call codes. Provide Physician Paging service and take, process and route consults. Follows policies and procedures of West Florida Hospital. Participates in the Quality Improvement process and adheres to WFH standards of behavior.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
