Job Summary:
We are searching for a polite, professional Collections Representative to represent our clients by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone. The Collections Representative will handle high value business to business collection calls/emails to customers. The Collections Representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
Responsibilities:
  • Target Hire Date: June 22nd, 2026 (or sooner depending on background check clearance)
  • Work at Home required schedule is Monday - Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • ONSITE in Allentown, PA the first day for equipment pick up and orientation.
  • At Home Training is Monday - Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Handle business to business communication/collections via phone and email.
  • Place outbound calls to debtors regarding outstanding debt and collect on aged debt.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

Skills Requirements:
  • At least 1 year or more Collections experience required.
  • 2+ or more years of previous Call Center experience and strong Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills through the use of Microsoft Excel (i.e. ability to complete pivot tables and vlookups a plus).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required (professional, politely authoritative).
  • Forward thinker, when faced with a roadblock can quickly devise a work around.
  • Advanced ability to pay attention to detail & follow guidelines.
  • Ability to know when and how to think beyond the immediate task and consider alternate solutions.
  • Must be highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic.
  • Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
