Hampton Inn - Duncan, OK is a franchised hotel, managed by First Call Hospitality. The Position

We're looking for a Night Auditor to perform the overnight responsibilities of the hotel reception – delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Additionally, Night Auditors balance the hotels daily business, record end of day transactions, and roll the hotel systems into the new business day. Night Auditors contribute to the overall safety and security of the hotel by following safety rules and coordinating guests and staff in overnight emergency situations.

The Responsibilities
  • Post, report, and balance the daily transactions and payments of the hotel's lodging operation and the other various outlets of the hotel for end-of-day reporting

  • Perform the required End of Day routines on the applicable hotel systems

  • Attend to guest registration, room assignments, and special requests

  • Take, modify, and update room reservations

  • Accurately record and process guest charges, credits, and payments

  • Assist and respond to all guest inquiries in person, phone, or email as appropriate

  • Deliver the Brand and Company promises

The Requirements
  • Must have a professional, warm, and approachable disposition

  • Fluently read, write, and speak English

  • Demonstrated ability to remain level-headed in hectic and tense situations

  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time while working alone with little to no direct supervision

  • 7 day a week availability is a requirement.
