Job description

Continental Automotive Group is in need of a Title Clerk! This individual is responsible for processing vehicle paperwork to complete the vehicle registration. This is a full-time position.
Organized, detail-oriented individual required with previous titling experience.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Submit title and registration applications for new and used vehicles within 21 days of sale date
  • Review title transfer documents before submitting to appropriate processing county
  • Post payments for completed transactions
  • Maintain tax, title, and license accounting schedule
  • Scan and archive completed deal paperwork according to department standards
  • Provide outstanding customer support and accommodate special requests
  • Troubleshoot various title and registration issues
  • Work closely with other title team members and provide assistance where required
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Hours:
  • Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • This is a full-time position that is on-site only.
Compensation:
  • $20-25 an hour depending on experience.
