This is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Houston, TX.
Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office; 1 day working from home
JOB SUMMARY: Perform routine administrative tasks to support collections group and liaise with Branch and HQ Management on overdue accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
  • Comply with all safety, health, environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the position
  • Promptly record cash receipts in Syteline
  • Liaise with customers on status of outstanding invoices and reconcile statement of account to Aging
  • Liaise with Branch staff, Sales staff and HQ management on collecting overdue amounts
  • Investigate EDI issues between Company and customer
  • Prepare detailed Aging reports
  • Maintain paperwork related to customer sales tax exemption
  • Perform data entry and other clerical duties
  • Work with Open Invoice software.
  • Special projects or assignments as directed by management

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:
  • 4-5 years B2B collections experience required
  • Must have experience using various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platforms
  • High school diploma
  • Experience with Open Invoice software
  • Oil and Gas industry experience preferred

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None required
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Advanced Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables), advanced communication skills, intermediate mathematical skills, and intermediate reasoning skills.
