Silver Lake Psychological Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a remote full-time capacity. This position focuses on providing therapy services that center on relational and interpersonal dynamics within families, marriages, and couples. The ideal candidate will engage in individual and family therapy, conduct thorough assessments, and maintain meticulous documentation within the Behavioral Health and Mental Health framework.

• Conduct individual and family therapy assessments to evaluate emotional and psychological needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on findings.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions as scheduled, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate patient progress and engagement.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage shared experiences and peer support among participants, creating a safe and open environment for discussion.
• Establish trusting therapeutic relationships with patients, ensuring clear boundaries and professional ethics are maintained throughout the therapeutic process.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet cross-cultural needs and differing backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and understanding in all interactions.
• Document all therapeutic interactions, assessments, and patient progress in compliance with clinic policies and mental health regulations.

As a member of the Silver Lake team, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your work will involve addressing a range of DSM diagnoses, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care that aligns with their unique circumstances and cultural context.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Current and active LMFT licensure, free from any suspension or probation, is necessary to practice.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient mental health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to create a calming and supportive therapeutic environment through strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding complex family dynamics.
• Knowledge and application of various therapeutic modalities suitable for different clinical situations.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
