• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each client's unique concerns, leading to appropriate clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using varied evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute mental health distress, helping them regain stability and safety.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment plans and session notes, ensuring adherence to both legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic support to clients that meets their medical, emotional, and social needs.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources that promote ongoing support and empowerment.
• Commit to professional development and continuing education in mental health practices, keeping up to date with new methodologies and therapeutic advancements.

As a therapist at Silver Linings, you will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. You will support clients from different demographics and age groups, enabling personalized care that acknowledges their unique cultural, social, and psychological contexts.

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing therapeutic services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting working with a diverse clientele is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is advantageous.
