Silver Linings Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will engage with clients through secure virtual platforms, making mental health services accessible regardless of geographic location. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Therapy, adapted to the unique needs of each client.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring safety and stability while developing longer-term strategies for recovery.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, offering guidance on treatment options and available community resources while advocating for clients' rights and needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training workshops, case consultations, and peer supervision to stay up-to-date with current best practices in mental health therapy.

Your client base will be diverse, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds, promoting an understanding of cultural competencies essential for effective counseling. Your compassionate approach will help clients navigate complex feelings and experiences, supporting their journey toward healing.

• Must hold valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health discipline is required.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills with a minimum of two years of direct experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team member in a multidisciplinary setting.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.

While a minimum of two years is required, prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is also advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
