Silver Lining Therapies is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist, specifically an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, to join our remote team based in Rochester, New York. Work Environment

The position is entirely remote, enabling our therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while providing crucial mental health services. While our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient schedules, particularly for those needing evening or weekend sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to personalize treatment plans, addressing each patient's unique experiences and backgrounds.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to meet the specific needs of individual clients, ensuring cultural considerations are a critical part of each treatment approach.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to explore various mental health concerns while fostering resilience and overall wellness among clients.
  • Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Provide urgent crisis intervention and support for clients facing mental health emergencies, utilizing strong crisis management skills.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to ensure they have access to essential support.
