Job description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Cable Installer to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing cable systems for both residential and commercial customers. This role requires excellent technical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

** PAY**AMcomm will provide paid training in the field with a certified trainer. Once training is complete, up to $20 per hour, with additional bonus potential.


**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a cable installer or in a similar role.
- Technical knowledge of cable systems and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install, maintain, and repair cable systems according to company standards.
- Troubleshoot issues with cable systems and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on how to use cable services and equipment.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
