Job description

We are looking for cable / fiber installers to work in commercial, and residential settings , the following areas to work are in the Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Polk, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Hernando, Citrus, and Pasco County FL area.

There are several offices to choose from so we're able to find the best fit for you. Work is year round, if you can meet the requirements, we've got work for you.

Technicians that work with us will make an average of $1,000.00 - $1,800.00 a week with the potential to earn more, many do. Sign on Bonus.

As a 1099 contractor, a work week would consist of commercial & residential installations of cable, internet, and phone. This position will also include but not be limited to disconnects, reconnects, service upgrades and downgrades, for residential single family, multi-family and/or multi-dwelling units.

Contractor Will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, non-disqualifying mental or physical disability or veteran's status and Contractor shall state such policy in all solicitations for employees.

Cable Installers are expected to maintain:

  • A neat professional appearance
  • A valid Driver's license
  • Must have truck, van, or an SUV with a ladder rack
  • Commercial auto insurance and General Liability Insurances will be required
  • Background check and drug test will be required
  • Maintain required tool list.

Company Description

TRS Cable is a super-sub contractor with 70+ contractors in central Florida and we're still growing.

While we may have started as recruiters, we picked up contracts for several cable providers and began bringing 1099s into our organizations, as opposed to finding contractors and moving them into other organizations. All we've done since that point is continue to expand.

Under our corporate umbrella, we've also begun underground construction, utilizing directional drills to lay conduit for coaxial, electric and fiber.
