Surjet Charter LLC is a direct charter operator offering global private jet charter solutions. We are seeking an organized Aviation Support Staff to join our dynamic aviation team. As an Aviation Support Staff you will be responsible for organizing and ordering the aircraft stock, tidying up the aircraft, and communicating with the Cabin Attendants and pilots to ensure the aircraft are ready to fly. Location: FXE, OPF, & KTMB

Qualifications: ย 
  • Highly detail-oriented & exceptionally organized
  • Tech Savvy with Computers, iPads, and modern technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Quick to learn new tasks, systems, and procedures
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Able to work on their feet for extended periods
  • 2 years of Admin experience
  • Possess a valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle for travel to office and surrounding airportsย 
  • Valid Passport required
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred.
  • Experience in Part 135/91K is preferred, but not requiredย 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and have the ability to travel in and out of the US and to all cities/countries

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the cabin stock inventory system.
  • Track supply levels and coordinate the purchase of cabin items and onboard supplies. Coordinate the timely delivery and restocking of onboard supplies, such as beverages, snacks, and reading materials.
  • ย Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and cabin amenities.
  • ย Manage Instacart account.ย 
  • Greet clients and visitors as they enter the office.ย 
  • Regularly monitor Jet Insightโ€™s calendar to track aircraft arrivals and departures. Be physically present to clean for the aircraft departure and the arrival weather at the office or nearby airport.ย 
  • Clean aircraft interior while the aircraft are on the ground, including cleaning seats, carpets, lavatories, and galleys.ย 
  • Adhere to all aviation regulations and company safety protocols related to cabin cleanliness and logistics.
  • Input reports into system.ย 
  • Update and maintain passenger profiles.ย 
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions related to cabin services and trip logistics.ย 
  • Organize and maintain records related to cabin procedures, cabin crew documentation and related manuals.
  • Communicate effectively with flight crew, ground staff, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Must be able to work weekends and nights when aircraft arrives or departs.ย
