Role Purpose
The Cabin Cleaning Agent is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing aircraft interiors to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for passengers and crew. This role supports airline operations by completing aircraft cleaning services efficiently while adhering to company standards, safety procedures, and turnaround schedules.
What you will be doing
  • Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins, including seats, tray tables, windows, overhead bins, aisles, galleys, and lavatories
  • Remove trash, debris, and abandoned items from aircraft interiors
  • Restock aircraft supplies such as paper products, seat pocket materials, and lavatory supplies as required
  • Vacuum carpets, wipe surfaces, and disinfect high-touch areas according to company and airline standards
  • Ensure cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled aircraft turnaround times
  • Follow all airport safety, security, and sanitation procedures
  • Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
  • Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and airline personnel to support operational needs
  • Maintain professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced airport environment
  • Perform other duties as requested

  • Previous airline experience
  • Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or hospitality
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and reach frequently
  • Ability to work safely in confined aircraft cabin spaces
  • Airport ramp and aircraft cabin environment
  • Exposure to aircraft noise, cleaning chemicals, and varying weather conditions
  • Fast-paced operational setting with strict turnaround deadlines
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting throughout shifts
  • Must be able to take verbally direct in English
  • Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • Must be in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials
  • Identification badges must always be visible
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives
