Regional Store Manager | Cos Bar Retail

The Regional Store Manager is responsible for driving regional performance, developing exceptional leaders, elevating the client experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned locations.

Sales Leadership amp; Regional Business Performance
  • Drive and exceed regional sales goals, profitability targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all assigned stores.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly regional business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, implementing strategic action plans to improve results.
  • Partner with Store Managers to develop and execute business strategies that maximize sales, client acquisition, retention, and profitability.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent execution of company initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Foster accountability by monitoring individual store performance and supporting Store Managers in achieving operational and financial objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share, improve productivity, and optimize business performance throughout the region.

Leadership, Talent Development amp; Succession Planning
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing Store Managers and leadership teams across the region.

  • Champion a consistent luxury client experience across all stores by ensuring company service standards are executed with excellence.
  • Partner with Store Managers to strengthen clienteling strategies that drive customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Ensure all stores maintain expert product knowledge, brand standards, and elevated service expectations.
  • Monitor client feedback and customer satisfaction metrics, implementing action plans to continuously improve the client experience.

Operations amp; Regional Excellence
  • Ensure operational consistency and excellence across all assigned stores through regular audits, store visits, and performance evaluations.
  • Partner with Operations, Buying, and Inventory teams to optimize inventory management, stock levels, and merchandise flow throughout the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines across all locations.
  • Monitor visual merchandising execution to ensure brand consistency while encouraging localized opportunities that align with company standards.
  • Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Ensure all corporate initiatives, operational deadlines, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.

Financial Management amp; Business Planning
  • Develop and execute regional business plans that support company objectives and long-term growth.
  • Manage regional payroll, labor, and expense budgets to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports and key business metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost control, and operational improvements.
  • Hold Store Managers accountable for achieving financial objectives while providing support and resources for success.

Communication amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Leadership and Store Managers, ensuring consistent communication and execution of company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Executive Leadership to successfully implement regional and company-wide strategies.
  • Share regional insights, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support strategic business decisions.
  • Lead regional meetings and facilitate ongoing communication that aligns teams with company priorities and performance expectations.

Community Engagement amp; Brand Development
  • Strengthen the brand's presence throughout the region by identifying opportunities for market growth and community engagement.
  • Partner with Store Managers and Marketing to develop regional marketing strategies, local partnerships, client events, and community initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of grand openings, store events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
