Job Description

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes
  • Interpret GD&T requirements
  • Create detailed work instructions to support production
  • Focus on continuous improvement through process optimization
  • Tooling/workholding development and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with machinists to develop SOPs and correct manufacturing issues
  • Tooling and fixture design using Catia V5

 

Key Requirements 

  • Aerospace High Precision Machining, or Medical or IATF(Automotive) experience
  • BS in Engineering with strong problem solving skills and engineering background
  • 10+ years experience preferred
  • MASTERCAM required
  • Some 3D CAD for tooling/fixture design
