Just Pull It Dental is looking for an experienced Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our Spring Hill team. We specialize exclusively in dental extractions and urgent care, creating a fast-paced clinical environment where our providers and assistants can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

If you're a motivated dental professional who enjoys surgical assisting and helping patients find immediate relief, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll DoAs an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant, you'll work alongside our providers to keep clinical operations running efficiently while delivering a positive experience for every patient.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside assistance during simple and surgical extraction procedures
  • Prepare operatories, instruments, and patients before treatment
  • Take and process digital dental radiographs
  • Educate patients on post-operative instructions and recovery expectations
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

Daily Operations

  • Follow OSHA infection control and sterilization procedures
  • Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Support inventory management and clinical supply organization
  • Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
  • Assist with additional clinical responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Active Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential required
  • Previous Dental Assistant experience required
  • Oral surgery or extraction experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
