Our practice is dedicated exclusively to dental extractions and urgent dental care, allowing our clinical staff to focus on providing efficient, compassionate treatment in a streamlined environment.

Position Overview
As a Certified Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with our providers to deliver high-quality clinical care while helping maintain efficient daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about creating a positive patient experience.

What You’ll Do
Chairside Clinical Support

  • Assist dentists during simple and surgical extraction procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients before procedures
  • Take and process digital dental radiographs
  • Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
  • Ensure operatories remain clean, organized, and fully stocked

Clinical Operations

  • Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment
  • Complete accurate patient documentation and charting
  • Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
  • Monitor inventory and notify leadership of supply needs

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with dentists and fellow team members to deliver outstanding patient care
  • Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinical environment
  • Assist with additional clinical responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Active Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential required
  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required
  • Experience assisting with extractions or oral surgery procedures preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
