We represent a compelling roster of clients in business, technology, real estate, finance, luxury consumer products, sustainability, entertainment, health and wellness, social impact, and the nonprofit sector.

Position RPR is seeking an Executive Assistant who will work directly with our President handling day-to-day administrative and operational duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, takes initiative and exercises good judgment. Must have experience with C-Level partners Salary range for this role is 90k - 120K - Commensurate on experience This position is onsite - Monday - Friday in our Midtown NY Office Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

Communication Management: Screening calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries. Meeting Preparation: Preparing agendas, presentations, and taking meeting minutes.

Project Management: Assisting with special projects and initiatives. Information Management: Maintaining files, records, and databases. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of administrative experience supporting a senior level executive in a corporate office environment Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize taskProficient in OutlookExperience assisting C-level Executives with correspondence and inbox Ability to work in a fast paced, often changing environment High level of attention to detail, with strong commitment to accuracy Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills At Rubenstein PR we prioritize diversity.
