We are hiring Mobile Device Administrator- Onsite for a Contract position in New York, NY
Position Summary
We are seeking a Mobile Device Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our enterprise mobile environment. This role will be responsible for enrolling, configuring, and supporting corporate and BYOD mobile devices using Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate has law firm experience and experience managing iOS and Android devices, providing end-user support, and ensuring devices remain compliant with organizational security policies.
Responsibilities
Perform daily enrollment, provisioning, and configuration of mobile devices using Microsoft Intune.
Support Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) deployments for both iOS and Android platforms.
Configure and deploy device compliance policies, security settings, and configuration profiles.
Troubleshoot mobile device enrollment, authentication, email, application, and connectivity issues.
Manage device lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, replacements, and retirements.
Deploy and support mobile applications through Microsoft Intune.
Assist users with MFA, Microsoft Authenticator, and company portal setup.
Monitor device compliance and remediate non-compliant devices.
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of mobile assets and configurations.
Partner with the Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams to resolve escalated mobile device issues.
Provide exceptional customer service and user training for mobile device best practices.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune.
Law firm experience
Experience supporting BYOD environments for iOS and Android devices.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Conditional Access.
Experience enrolling and managing devices through Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile devices, email, authentication, and application issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint on mobile devices.
PowerShell scripting experience is a plus.
Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification is preferred.
Microsoft SC-200 (Security Operations Analyst) certification is a plus.
