Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide dedicated, full-time support. This role will serve as the primary resource responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and security of the organization's end-user computing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across modern endpoint management technologies and a proven track record of managing enterprise desktop environments, mobile devices, and endpoint security initiative
Qualifications:
  • Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms, including SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
  • Configure, deploy, and support Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and onboarding.
  • Manage and support endpoint infrastructure through Windows Administration Center and related management tools.
  • Package, deploy, and maintain end-user applications across the enterprise environment.
  • Oversee operating system lifecycle management, including upgrades, migrations, and refresh initiatives.
  • Manage endpoint patching and update compliance to ensure systems remain current and secure.
  • Support and maintain endpoint backup and recovery solutions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities in partnership with security teams.
  • Administer software licensing and hardware asset management processes and reporting.
  • Monitor and improve the overall digital employee experience, focusing on endpoint performance and user satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security baselines, hardening standards, and compliance controls.
  • Support and troubleshoot enterprise print services and printing infrastructure.
  • Manage deployment and support of mobile applications across iOS and Android devices.
  • Provide support for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs and policies.
  • Monitor endpoint health and performance through proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.
  • Serve as the dedicated EUC resource, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure reliable and high-quality end-user support.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Management roles.
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience with Windows Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, and device lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Windows desktop environments and modern workplace technologies.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security best practices, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
  • Experience with application packaging, deployment, and patch management processes.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and mobile application deployment.
  • Experience supporting BYOD environments and modern workplace initiatives.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while supporting a dedicated client account.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring and endpoint analytics platforms.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications related to endpoint management or modern workplace technologies.
