Job description

You are a revenue-driven relationship builder who owns the full lifecycle of Lead Supplier accounts.Youbring onnew partners, onboard them efficiently, and continuouslyidentifyhigh-value opportunities to grow andoptimizeevery relationship. This is an active, results-oriented role — one where you drive meaningful impact across the lead supplier portfolio.

Yourclear understanding of data and analytics empowers you to preparebusiness reviews that hold accounts accountable, surface growth opportunities, and inform strategic direction. You track performance and tend to the daily needs of Suppliers, all while staying fully integrated with the broader business context that empowers you to makeinformed decisions. You can do this while continuouslygrowingthe pipelineof new suppliers.

Please note that this is a fully in-office role in American Fork, Utah.

Whatyou’lldo:
  • Find andonboardwell-fitting third-party Lead Suppliers
  • Develop and manage relationships with Suppliers
  • Take care of theday-to-daysupport of key accounts
  • Meet monthly targets for account growth based on GP growth
  • Work cross-functionally with the Demand side of the business to find new traffic sources and negotiate rates
  • Generate data reports for key accounts, request and deliver Business Review reports forSuppliers
  • Maintainaccurateand up-to-date Lead Supplier records through the CRM system
  • Attend trade shows and travel to Lead Supplier offices
  • Seek out and drive forward high value Lead Supplier opportunities
  • Ad-hoc Lead Supplier relations special projects
Who you are & what you bring:
  • 3+ years of direct experience in account managementandlead generation or digital marketing
  • A critical thinker with strongdecision-makingskills
  • A clear and personable communicator comfortable with negotiation
  • Ability to dive deep into data analyses and translate findings intoaction
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • A natural ability to develop and nurture long lasting partner relationships
