Position: Production Worker
Location: Franklin, OH
Department: Pouching Department
Hiring Manager: Jason Butcher
Shifts: Set Shifts (Non-Swing)

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
    Must be available for all shifts and weekends as business needs require

Summary Description

The Pouching Assistant supports production operations within the pouching department. This role is designed to be flexible, allowing employees to learn multiple areas of the plant while contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support pouching production lines and assist operators as needed

  • Move between different work areas based on production needs

  • Assist with setup, operation support, and material handling

  • Monitor product quality and report any issues

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

  • Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments

  • Perform other duties as assigned
