A Day in the Life:
As a Meat & Seafood Clerk, you'll be hands-on with fresh proteins-preparing, packaging, and displaying meat and seafood products to meet high standards of quality and food safety. You'll maintain a clean and organized department, assist with inventory and restocking, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, whether it's helping them find the perfect cut or offering cooking tips. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and doesn't mind getting their hands a little messy. What you bring to the table:
  • Food Prep Experience: Prior experience in meat or seafood preparation, grocery, or food service preferred.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding meat and seafood types, freshness indicators, and safe handling practices.
