Description

Thought Logic Consulting is a functionally-led, digitally enabled consultancy that exists at the intersection of business transformation and technology innovation. We partner with clients to solve their most complex business problems and we do it in a highly collaborative, local-market approach, giving clients senior-level attention and giving our consultants room to grow, lead, and build. Our Business Enablement practice continues to experience significant growth, and we’re looking for a senior leader who can help us scale further while maintaining the quality and client focus that defines our work.

This practice encompasses a range of offerings including, but not limited to:

  • Finance Transformation & Value Creation
  • Strategy & Transformation Office
  • Process & Change Acceleration
  • Organizational & Operating Model Design
  • Operational Improvement (Program Optimization)

The Business Transformation Go-To-Market Leader is an Atlanta-based senior leadership role responsible for driving practice growth through new business development and account expansion while providing hands-on leadership to our consultants and delivery teams. This role blends entrepreneurial sales leadership, delivery, operational excellence and people development.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of selling and delivery - requiring someone energized by hunting for new opportunities, rolling up their sleeves on client delivery, and building a high-performing team through example.

What You'll Do
  • Drive $5M of influenced sales annually for the Business Transformation practice, with a primary focus on identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and key prospects across target industries and accounts.
  • Expand existing client relationships by uncovering additional needs and positioning the full breadth of our practice capabilities.
  • Lead by example through active participation in client delivery, demonstrating the quality and approach that defines Thought Logic's work.
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director to shape practice strategy, capability development, and go-to-market positioning.
  • Lead proposal development and solution design for complex engagements, including pricing, scoping, and staffing strategy.
  • Provide practice leadership through people management, performance coaching, career development, and talent acquisition.
  • Support practice leader with practice operations including team meetings, capability planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with other practice leaders and sales professionals to identify cross-practice opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build Thought Logic's market presence and professional network in the Business Transformation space.
Who You'll Work With
  • Managing Directors and leaders across the organization as well as the broader business practice team of 90+ consultants
  • Client Partners and Business Development leaders focused on account growth and market expansion
  • Practice and capability leaders across Enterprise Performant Management (EPM), Data & Analytics, People & Change, and related offerings
  • Client executives and stakeholders across strategy, operations, finance, technology and transformation functions
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with deep expertise in Business Transformation (process transformation, strategy execution, program management, operating model design, M&A, finance transformation or related areas)
  • Proven track record of generating new business and expanding client accounts, with demonstrated revenue ownership and sales success
  • Ability to balance strategic selling with hands-on delivery, while also leading complex engagements and hunting for the next opportunity
  • Scrappy, adaptable mindset with a builder's mentality and comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing consulting teams, with a track record of growing talent and building high-performing cultures
  • Demonstrated success developing compelling proposals and articulating the value of business transformation solutions
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, lead by example, and do what it takes to win and deliver exceptional client outcomes
Why Thought Logic?
  • Real ownership over practice growth and business development strategy
  • The opportunity to shape how we scale a $60 million+ practice with significant runway for expansion
  • A leadership team that values entrepreneurial thinking and rewards results
  • The ability to sell, lead, deliver, and build; all in one role
  • Culture that focuses on people, values curiosity and relies on collaboration
