Role:Senior Oracle CPQ Solution Architect/Business Analyst
Location:Dallas, TX - Onsite
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle CPQ Solutions Architect with a strong background in product selection, configuration, and pricing tools, specifically within the Control Valves, Pumps, and Seals domain. The ideal candidate will gather and document requirements, manage product content and data, conduct feasibility studies, and design solutions for CPQ systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Document solutions against prioritized requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers in brainstorming sessions to create optimal solutions.
  • Evaluate and enhance the quality of Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
  • Act as a Solution Architect to guide the technical team in developing effective business solutions.
  • Monitor and address product-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement within the team.
  • Support testing, releases, and emergency bug fixes, coordinating with development consultants.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology/Engineering/Business Analysis.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with CPQ tools in the Control Valves/Pumps/Seals sector.
  • Knowledge of CPQ technologies (e.g., Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in sizing/configuring mechanical products is a plus.

Education:
  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent 5+ experience.
  • MS in Computer Science/ Engineering, or equivalent 3+ experience.
