Position Title: Assistant Solution Manager
The Assistant Solution Manager plays a key support role within our Client Services team, providing day-to-day assistance to Solution Managers, clients, and business partners. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will help develop and maintain critical client-facing and internal resources during onboarding and annual renewal periods. Responsibilities include assisting with system setup guides, enrollment materials, and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the Solution Management team by demonstrating initiative, critical thinking, and a solutions-focused approach when assisting clients and business partners.
  • Develop expertise in the company's proprietary benefits administration platform
  • Process transactions in our proprietary platform related to client support tasks and daily operations.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and delivery of onboarding and renewal materials.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely, accurate, and professional completion of responsibilities
