Job Description
ProSidian Seeks a Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager (Contract Contingent)    located In Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Contract Life-cycle Management on behalf of A Federal Government Agency.  The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract life-cycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements.  
This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. Contract life-cycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of A Federal Agency's Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of A Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities. This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures.
The ideal Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager  (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The ProSidian Engagement Team. The following are examples of what the ProSidian and The Client would consider personnel and the skills, and education and work experience that could be required in order to be successful:
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's Degree is desired. Work Experience includes eight years of operational experience in Government or industry and a minimum of five years of experience managing projects and studies.  The Project Manager shall have the ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple enterprise projects in implementing business process development, business re-engineering, and strategic business projects. The Project Manager shall have the capability to manage projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated time frames and resource constraints. The Project Manager shall coordinate all parties to calls and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.  For call orders requiring work in studies and analysis, or models and simulations, five years of experience managing projects involving the usage of models and simulations is required.
KEY PERSONNEL:  Ability To Serve As A Key Personnel Engagement Team Member.  Personnel specified as Key Personnel are considered to be essential to the work ProSidian performs. Prior to diverting any key personnel to other programs, ProSidian makes special efforts to notify Engagement Team Leads and Client Representatives reasonably in advance with appropriate justification, including proposed substitutions or replacements, in sufficient detail to permit The Client to evaluate the impact on the work ProSidian is obligated to perform.
