Position: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Transformation Analyst
Department: Business Services
Reports To: Vice President of Business Services
FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40+ hours per week
Pay Range: The approximate pay range is $68,894 - $103,341. Please note that pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Within this range, compensation will be based on the candidate's skills, experience, education, and other qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus.

Position Summary: The AI Business Transformation Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop AI-enabled tools, enhance system integrations, and expand Power BI reporting capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings experience in data analysis, business process improvement, and applied AI concepts, with a strong ability to solve complex business problems through technology.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Educate key stakeholders on AI principles, capabilities, risks, and practical business applications; support the development and execution of Company AI strategies.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled solutions to achieve measurable business improvements.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to improve data quality, identify trends and patterns, and generate actionable business insights.
  • Improve data connectivity and enhance integrations between Epicor, Salesforce, Power BI, Paylocity, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that monitor operational KPIs, financial performance, and business trends.
  • Evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, cost, and implementation timelines.
  • Ensure appropriate data governance, security, integrity, and compliance standards across AI-related initiatives and systems.
  • Design and maintain appropriate redundancy, documentation, backup procedures, and business continuity safeguards for AI tools, automations, integrations, and reporting processes.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices, and recommend practical applications that create business value.
  • Measure and communicate the business impact of AI initiatives, including efficiency improvements, cost savings, reporting enhancements, and process optimization.

Experience and Skills
Education, Experience and Credentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience applying AI solutions, data analytics, business intelligence, and process automation.
  • Experience developing dashboards, data models, and visualizations in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience with data analysis and scripting tools such as Python or SQL.
  • Experience with ERP systems and integrations, Epicor Kinetic strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based data or AI platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-driven and highly collaborative.
  • Manufacturing, operational, or industrial business experience preferred.

  • Hear, comprehend, speak and effectively verbally communicate in the English language, including following verbal and written instructions, in order to communicate with people inside and outside the organization.
  • Sit at a desk for extended periods of time and perform long hours of work sitting at a computer.
  • Apply manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer keyboarding and office equipment use and to review detailed reports and information.
  • Move around the shop and office area repeatedly throughout the day.
