This position reports to Business Process Manager Your role and responsibilities In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming global and integrated end-to-end business processes. Every day, you'll lead the charge, guiding the Business Process Owner and IS team to implement cutting-edge business process application solutions. Your expertise will shine as you collaborate closely with all process stakeholders, driving innovation and excellence at every turn. The work model for the role is #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Analyze and synthesize information from various stakeholders to identify actual needs. Develop and execute a Business Analysis strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage and oversee business improvement projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Create and maintain Business Analysis procedures, ensuring they are executed and auditable. Build and maintain strong relationships with PMO, risk managers, and key stakeholders for effective project execution. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required. 4 year accredited degree and 8 years of experience within Computer Science related role, or 12 years of same experience without degree. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred. Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for mid to large size projects. Experience configuring and troubleshooting applications within the ERP and system landscape environment preferred. Experience with materials management and production control preferred. Broad and deep knowledge of theories, tools and practices in business improvement projects and change management activities. Availability to travel up to 50%, some international travel required. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
