Pay Range: $22- $25.00
We are looking for an intern for Process Improvement. We host a hybrid schedule that is agreed upon between intern and manager.
Join CEVA for a 10-12 week paid internship that offers you first look into our growing business. Structured onboarding for introduction to the company's basic processes, fast induction into the department's respective tasks and the opportunity to establish a network within the site and the entire company. Our internships give you the opportunity to work on current business needs, collaboration with multiple work functions, and mentorship to learn about the various aspects of Logistics at CEVA.
Process Improvement Intern
Primary purpose of role:
Improve Inbound Production Rate and Quality within the process
Improve Outbound Compliance and Work Methods in Outbound Processing
  • Process cost and service improvements in respective that are assigned
  • Inbound and Outbound Operations
  • Improve Inbound Production Rate and Quality within the process
  • Improve Outbound Compliance
  • Work Methods in the Outbound Processing
  • Learn the 3rd party logistics managing process
  • Requirement to be 70-80% on the warehouse floor

QUALIFICATIONS
Juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or a related field
Must have at least a 2.8 GPA or higher
Proof of right to work in the United State is a condition of employment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
You are a fast learner and a proactive worker. Not afraid to learn from others and bring innovative solutions.
