Description

About SVA Consulting:

SVA Consulting is dedicated to empowering businesses with innovative technology solutions. We collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver customized solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Our team sits at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients transform data into decision-ready insight and practical outcomes.

As SVA continues to expand its capabilities across AI, Analytics, and Change Leadership, we are seeking a motivated Associate to support both consulting delivery and practice growth initiatives.

Job Description

SVA Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to support our AI, Analytics, and Change Leadership practices, based onsite, with option for hybrid (one day remote/week). This role plays an important part in helping our teams deliver high-quality consulting services while also supporting initiatives that drive market visibility and client engagement.

The Associate will assist with project coordination, research, practice operations, and outreach organization. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and eager to learn how consulting practices grow, operate, and deliver value to clients.

This position provides exposure to both consulting delivery and practice development activities, offering a strong foundation for future career growth in consulting, analytics, AI, or organizational change leadership. The role is intentionally fluid between our delivery team and our outbound prospecting team, shifting toward wherever the business need is greatest. Today the emphasis is on the outbound side — building pipeline, opening new conversations, and supporting growth of the practices.

This role is based out of our Madison, WI office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations across the AI, Analytics, and Change Leadership practices.
  • Help organize internal initiatives, priorities, and practice activities.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, planning sessions, and practice communications.
  • Assist consultants with preparation of presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
  • Assist consulting teams with project coordination and logistical support.
  • Support preparation of analysis, documentation, and project deliverables.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, analytics use cases, AI adoption, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Identify and qualify potential target accounts aligned with SVA’s ideal client profile.
  • Help source, initiate, and coordinate new conversations across SVA’s deal pipeline, working with practice leaders to move opportunities forward.
  • Execute and coordinate outbound outreach initiatives, including LinkedIn campaigns, email sequences, and prospect engagement activities.
  • Monitor inbound inquiries, coordinate timely responses and follow-up, and schedule introductory conversations with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain prospect lists, CRM records, and pipeline tracking, and report on outreach activity and conversion.
  • Support development of thought leadership content, webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes that support practice growth and organization.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting support, business development, marketing, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies including AI, analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a consulting team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or campaign organization.
  • Exposure to CRM or sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Sales Navigator.
  • Interest in analytics, AI, or organizational change.
  • Experience supporting consulting teams or project coordination.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible time off.
  • 401(k) matching.
  • Dental, Health, Vision, and FSA.
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA).
  • Hybrid work environment based out of our Madison, WI office.
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Personalized development and mentoring opportunities.
