Job Summary:
Qualcomm is an international leader in driving innovation and developing intellectual property. This position plays a crucial role in helping to drive department initiatives and support strategic activities, providing analytics and project support for multiple teams while interfacing with various personnel.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and report IP & Standards related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data from various sources to compile a comprehensive picture of the overall business operational performance.
• Respond to ad-hoc analytic requests with accurate, well-structured, and clearly communicated outputs.
• Process & workflow modeling for systems and tools, including developing critical dashboards for a wide range of strategic and tactical analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical processes.
• Demonstrate familiarity with AI technologies, and a willingness to adopt and create AI-assisted solutions for data analysis, process automation, and reporting to drive innovation across IP operations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• OR Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2+ years of related business process analysis experience.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related business process analysis experience.
• Strong oral & written communication skills; ability to convey information in a clear and compelling manner
• Strong critical and analytical thinking, decision making and innovative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organization skills within a team environment
• Ability to support multiple projects with competing priorities, and meet short deadlines
• Develop, maintain, and report IP & Standards related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Proven ability to deliver accurate results independently while managing multiple priorities.
• This is a full-time onsite position.

• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and AI tools
• Familiarity with intellectual property, patents, and patent lifecycle, particularly in a corporate or legal operations environment.
