Role Summary
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and enhancing key business processes that support enterprise functions. This role involves collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders to evaluate workflows, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for operational improvements. The position requires a proactive approach to developing recommendations that drive efficiency and streamline procedures within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop process maps, workflow documentation, and process models to visualize current and future states.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts to support decision-making.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions for optimization.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive operational procedures and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with business and IT teams to support process-related initiatives and implementations.
  • Present findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by monitoring process performance and recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in developing and executing process improvement projects aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, or related methodologies.

Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 - $46.00 Hourly
