Role Overview
The Business Process Analyst II supports the navigation business operations by managing software licensing, financial forecasting, contract administration, and procurement processes. This role provides data-driven insights to improve decision-making, supports customer invoicing and reconciliation, and contributes to strategic planning and research initiatives across North America. The position acts as a key liaison between headquarters, internal stakeholders, and external customers to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage navigation software license operations including forecasting monthly sales and purchase data and controlling map purchase costs
  • Analyze customer sales data to generate business intelligence insights for planning and decision-making
  • Administer software license agreements including MSAs with headquarters and sublicense agreements with manufacturing entities
  • Perform procurement activities including GR creation, PO review, and payment analysis
  • Manage MapCare invoicing and monitor customer account balances across multiple divisions
  • Develop and enhance vehicle research and strategic planning reports for North America
  • Oversee contractual management of navigation-related information services

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting, finance, procurement, business planning, or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
