Fast growing, prominent Private Equity Firm seeks a Business Strategy Associate to develop, execute, and manage business priorities and growth initiatives.
Fast growing, prominent Private Equity Firm seeks a Business Strategy Associate to develop, execute, and manage business priorities and growth initiatives.
This is a high-exposure role with exponential opportunities for internal growth and advancement.
Responsibilities include:
  • Day to day management of firm-wide goals and growth targets
  • Preparation of financial forecasts for various investment vehicles, including integrating long-term financial models for each fund's portfolio companies
  • Evaluating and implementing strategic growth initiatives
  • Provide insights on competitive intelligence, coverage models, and technology implementation
  • Risk assessments and scenario analysis to evaluate potential downside risks, market changes, and operational impacts on fund's performance
  • Support senior team members in analyzing how monetization opportunities (e.g., recapitalizations, asset sales, exits, IPOs) for portfolio companies will impact fund performance and risk

Qualified candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in an internal strategy, management consulting, or PE analyst/associate position
This role is 4 days per week in-office in either midtown Manhattan or Northern NJ. Must have some flexibility to work in either office when necessary
Salary up to 150,000-185,000 base DOE plus bonus and benefits
This is a high-exposure role with exponential opportunities for internal growth and advancement.
