Whatย You'llย Doย 

Strive isย seekingย a highly motivated, strategic,ย andย detailed-orientedย individual for theย Sr. Associate,ย Operations & Strategy.ย This roleis responsible forย supporting the market operations teams through continual process improvementย and program managementย with a focus on scalability and execution.ย This position reports to the Sr. Director, Market Operations and will partner closely with the Sr. Manager, Market Operations.

The Day to Dayย 

  • Supports Market Leaders by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions.ย 
  • Collaboratesย with multiple internal teams to ensure a cohesive, streamlined approach toย marketย provider and patientย engagement activities, including but not limited to:ย 
    • Initiatesย and leadsย coordination efforts around various patient engagement activitiesย 
    • Projectย manageย provider engagement activities, working closely withย various internalย & externalย teams to develop strategyย andย tacticallyย execute.ย 
    • Conductsย strategic analysis toย identifyย potential risks and opportunities related to engagement activities and providesย recommendations for improvement.ย 
    • Effectively pullsย in and coordinatesย multiple internal resources to support engagement initiatives,ย optimizingย efficiency and productivity.ย 
  • Developsย and createsย comprehensiveย slideย decks for presentations, conveying complex information clearly and compellingly.ย 
  • Implements quality improvement initiatives,ย monitorsย performance indicators, and ensuresย adherence to standards and protocols to enhanceย marketย outcomes.ย ย 
  • Works cross-functionally to help design and implementsย new standard operational processes and process improvements into the Market, adapting to market-specific factors.ย 
  • Acts as a resource person to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff on any issues that may come about including but not limited to: IT issues, patient concerns, general administrative questions.ย 
  • Creates structure aroundย complex ambiguous problems and translates market needs to leadership.ย 

Minimumย Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.ย 
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization.ย 
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ย ms.ย ย ย 
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.ย 

Preferred Qualificationsย 

  • Experience in provider communications.ย 
  • Project managementย experience.ย 
  • Experience inย managing multiple diverse priorities and requirements.ย 
  • Depth of knowledge of the healthcare sector (renal care experience preferred).ย 
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Applications.ย

Annual Salary Range: $74,000 - $90,000
