Position Summary
As a Project Manager for our team, you will work with teams across functions to create clear project plans, coordinate execution, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned. The project manager serves as a key liaison between plant leadership, engineering, maintenance, production, quality, and external customers to support operational excellence and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery, including product-related projects, process improvements, and development activities
  • Turn business priorities into clear project plans with scope, milestones, owners, and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings, follow up on actions, and support timely decisions
  • Communicate clearly, timely, and effectively to customers on progress, risks, and successes
  • Track progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate when support or decisions are needed

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field
  • PMP Certification desired (not required)

Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a Project Management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing capital projects, equipment installations, process improvements, or facility upgrades
  • Experience using Microsoft Planner or other PM software

Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to create structure, define priorities, and execute projects in a changing environment
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and influence people and teams

  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
