We are looking for a lead consultant to oversee business-critical healthcare operations, manage vendor performance, and drive system enhancement releases.
  Key Position Highlights
  • Location: Columbia, SC (SC residents or willing to relocate prior to start at own expense)
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite for initial 30–90 days, transitioning to Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week onsite)

Core Responsibilities
  • Operations & Vendor Management: Lead support for claims, MCO enrollment, and encounter processing systems while monitoring vendor SLAs.
  • Incident & Release Management: Direct production support, release readiness, and manage after-hours incident escalations.
  • Team Leadership & Process Design: Direct a technical support team, write SOPs/desk aides, and ensure compliance with security standards (CMS, SSA).
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
  • Project/Program Management: 5+ years managing system implementations or major enhancements.
  • Healthcare Operations: 3+ years managing system operations or administrative functions in a healthcare environment.
  • Availability: Proven ability to manage on-call and after-hours incident support.
