  • Manage deliverables for product end of life and end of support
  • planning, process improvements, and operational execution for high-priority initiatives.
  • Improve project governance, communication rhythms, dashboards, and reporting to create better visibility and stronger execution discipline
  • Own end-to-end project planning for assigned initiatives, including scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, action items, and status tracking
  • Partner with functional leads to define deliverables, success criteria, and execution plans across multiple workstreams
  • Drive regular project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and follow-up actions to keep teams aligned and work progressing on schedule
  • Identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, and schedule gaps early, and drive mitigation plans to resolution
  • Track progress against commitments and provide concise, accurate updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Help teams stay focused on priorities by driving accountability, decision tracking, and timely escalation when needed
What you'll bring to this role
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, or a related business function
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of core project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, resources, risk, and status management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor updates for both working teams and leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in fast-moving environments
  • Experience using project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently, create structure where needed, and maintain momentum across complex initiatives
Nice to have
