This pivotal role requires an experienced leader to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and stringent compliance across four dedicated data center sites supporting a key banking client. The Operations Compliance Manager will serve as the primary strategic partner to the Market Technical Manager and Operations leadership, ensuring alignment, accountability, and world-class service delivery in a highly regulated and dynamic environment.
What you'll do
  • Strategic & Operational Leadership: Partner with internal leadership and external stakeholders to formulate, align, and execute strategic and operational plans for data center service delivery, emphasizing compliance and resilience.
  • Performance & Accountability: Establish and manage a robust reporting and business review cadence, including comprehensive dashboards and metrics, to monitor performance, compliance status, and drive accountability against established strategic goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop sophisticated business analytics (e.g., business cases, benchmarking, sourcing analyses) to enhance strategic decision-making and support continuous improvement in compliance and operational efficiency.
  • High-Impact Initiatives: Lead and manage special projects and critical, cross-functional programs designed to improve compliance frameworks, operational processes, and overall service delivery quality.
  • High Level Communications: Prepare high-level analyses, presentations, and communication materials for the Operations team for discussions with internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a collaborative liaison across all internal functions and geographies, ensuring a unified and consistent approach to operational compliance and strategic support for the data center portfolio.
  • Operational Compliance: Ensuring operational procedures (maintenance, change management, incident response) meet compliance requirements. Verifying that vendors and contractors comply with site standards. Coordinating with facilities, engineering, and IT teams to maintain compliance during daily operations.

What you'll need
  • Experience & Tenure: Minimum of 5+ years substantial and demonstrated expertise in data center operations and compliance roles.
  • Strategic Acumen: Proven track record in complex analysis, strategic planning, and successful project/program management within a demanding business environment.
  • Executive Partnership: Demonstrated ability to quickly build credibility and effectively collaborate, advise, and influence internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Core Competencies:

Our Compensation Philosophy
Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Central to our compensation philosophy is rewarding our employees for achieving the values and objectives aligned to the company's overall goals and values.
Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee's total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.
Compensation range: $58.73 to $62.10 per hour. This compensation range represents the Company's good faith belief as to what it will pay as an hourly rate for this position at the time of this posting.
