We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Business Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will be a part of the Business Process and Analytics Team and will participate in analyzing business processes, generating reports, and contributing to strategic decision-making initiatives. During this internship at EOS, the candidate will have a chance to learn about supply chain, business operations, service processes using ERP systems that support the Additive Manufacturing industry.
Your Mission
- Partner with the Business Analytics team to identify, document, and prioritize AI and automation use cases across multiple business functions.
- Assist in evaluating opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI, analytics, and process redesign.
- Create and maintain process maps, business requirements, and supporting documentation.
- Support business process improvement initiatives involving SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Analyze large datasets using analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, develop predictive insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in workshops and interviews with business teams to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with proof-of-concept development, testing, and deployment of AI and automation solutions.
- Support change management, user adoption, and training activities related to new processes and technologies.
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by supervisors to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Your Talents
- Must be currently seeking a Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in the field of industrial engineering, supply chain management, business analytics or similar discipline.
- Strong interest in business process improvement, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and analytics.
- Experience with data analytics, automation, and AI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Experience with process mapping and design tools such as Microsoft Visio, BPMN, Signavio, or similar platforms.
- Experience with or a strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or comparable enterprise applications.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently on complex or ambiguous challenges, identify critical issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
