Business Operations Analyst, Asset and Project Support
Location: Burton, Michigan (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 09 Months
Role Overview
The main function of a business operations analyst is to perform various administrative, technical, and customer service tasks across assigned business units. A typical operations associate is responsible for managing complex data, resolving customer issues, performing company research, assisting in project management, maintaining equipment inventories, and administering company policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, develop, maintain, and interpret complex data.
  • Communicate statistical and technical data with internal and external business units.
  • Assist in system change management and deployment, and respond to inquiries for routine system issues.
  • Participate in asset management, pricing research, and procurement for hardware and software.
  • Conduct physical inventories of equipment and participate in audits to determine record accuracy.
  • Manage complex or sensitive service orders and assist with project implementations.
  • Provide customer assistance with inquiries and problems related to software, hardware, and network operations.
  • Administer policies and procedures and assume operational assignments as needed.
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for facility projects.
  • Monitor and report on operations and financial metrics.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of required experience.
Skills:
