Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Business Operations, Analytics & Contracting to support the Rooms Distribution team through business analytics, contract administration, reporting, and operational project management. This role serves as a key business partner, delivering actionable insights, managing contracting processes, developing executive-level reporting, and leading initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support the successful execution of the team's strategic objectives.


This position plays a critical role in enabling strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, executive-level reporting, business performance monitoring, and the development of compelling presentations for senior leadership. The Manager will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of key data, reporting, and contracting processes that support the team's objectives.


Working closely with Distribution leadership and cross-functional partners, the Manager will support sourcing and contracting initiatives, identify opportunities for process improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive business results. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into clear, meaningful insights for a variety of stakeholders.


As a key member of the Rooms Distribution team, this role will help strengthen organizational reporting and analytical capabilities, support contract lifecycle management, and contribute to the successful execution of strategic and operational priorities.

This position is open to candidates based in either the Rockville, MD or Philadelphia, PA area.

Job Responsibilities

Business Analytics, Reporting & Insights
   Analyze sales, sourcing, and performance data for the Amenities, Textiles, and OS&E teams.
   Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards for Rooms Distribution categories and supplier partners.
   Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
   Track productivity metrics and measure the effectiveness of team initiatives.
   Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, and analytical summaries that communicate key findings and recommendations.
   Support leadership, customer, supplier, and board presentations as needed.
   Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting, data, and analytical outputs.


Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives
   Support cross-functional projects and initiatives that advance Rooms Distribution objectives.
   Provide analytical support for strategic projects, sourcing activities, and business priorities.
   Assist with RFP analysis, supplier evaluations, financial modeling, and proposal assessments.
   Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
   Partner with internal stakeholders to support reporting needs, data requests, and operational priorities.
   Collaborate with Distribution, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution.


Contracting & Systems Administration
   Serve as the primary administrator for contract management systems, tools, and reporting.
   Manage contract setup, maintenance, tracking, and lifecycle administration.
   Maintain contract records, documentation, workflows, and data governance standards.
   Ensure contract information remains accurate, current, and accessible.
   Prepare contract analyses, summaries, and reporting for leadership review.
   Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
   Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to support contract execution and compliance.

Qualifications

Years of Relevant Experience
   5-10 years of experience in business analytics, procurement, supply chain, contracting, finance, business operations, management consulting, or related disciplines.
   Experience supporting executive leadership through reporting, analytics, and strategic recommendations preferred.
Education Requirements
   Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
   Advanced analytical or business intelligence training/certifications preferred.
Travel Requirements
   Up to 10-15%, all modes of transportation
   Travel to: Corporate meetings, distributor meetings, trade shows

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
