Position Summary    

This Business Intelligence Analyst role will support the execution and continuous improvement of sales reporting and business intelligence, leveraging our CRM, ERP, and other technological platforms to turn raw data into actionable insights. The company currently utilizes Salesforce for its CRM platform and NetSuite for its ERP platform. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be highly detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, be able to assemble and present findings, thrive when working with data, analyze results, and understand key drivers of our business. 

Location: This is a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office. 

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $75k and $82k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities    

  • Sales forecasting, pipeline management, tracking metrics against production goals, building out new CRM capabilities, and executive reporting.
  • Support and maintain data quality in Salesforce
  • Analysis of sales and marketing activity through researching deal documentation to identify trends and confirm results
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to track KPIs
  • Help with special data and business intelligence projects
  • Coordinate, analyze, and meet data needs among various stakeholder groups
  • Project Management of new CRM initiatives, including API integrations

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical capacity
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or B2B
  • Salesforce Administrator or other certifications
  • Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or other pricing software
  • Some experience with market research -  Pitchbook or other financial databases, research from published data sources
  • Experience with ERP system
  • Tableau or Power BI experience
