Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports Red River's Professional Services Project Management Office by independently managing low-complexity customer projects while supporting operational workflows that improve project delivery efficiency across the PMO.This roleis responsible formanaging lower-complexity projects from project intake through closeout,ensuring consistent communication, documentation, scheduling coordination, andadherenceto processes.Projects assigned to this role typically follow structured and repeatable delivery models with lower execution risk and limited technical complexity.In addition to managing assigned projects, this role supports project setup, documentation governance, Managed Services transitions, and project closeout activities that help increase delivery efficiency for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.The Project Coordinator serves as an entry point into Red River's project management career path and is expected to develop strong execution discipline, communication skills, and operational knowledge of Red River's delivery processes.

Primary Position Tasks:

  • Manage assigned low-complexity projects throughout the project lifecycle from intake through closeout
  • Coordinate customer scheduling, meetings, and project communications for assigned projects
  • Build andmaintainproject records within approved project management systems
  • Review project intake documentation including Statements of Work, LOEs, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
  • Create project setup documentation andmaintainproject documentation repositories
  • Support project scheduling and execution readiness activities for assigned projects
  • Track project progress, risks, action items, and deliverables
  • Coordinate customer acceptance documentation and project closeout activities
  • Support Managed Services transition activities for qualifying projects
  • Provide execution support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers during large deployment events when needed
  • Escalate project risks, scope increases, or complexity changes to PMO leadership when appropriate
  • Maintain adherence to Red River PMO processes, documentation standards, and operational procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across project workflows
  • Other business duties as assigned

Success Criteria:

  • Projects are delivered on time and within scope expectations
  • Project documentation isaccurate, complete, and stored properly
  • Project setup activities are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Managed Services transitions are completed with minimal delays
  • Project closeout activities are completed on time
  • Risks are escalated appropriately
  • Customers and internal stakeholders receive consistent communication throughout project execution.

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of project coordination, project support, operations coordination, or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working with project tracking systems, Microsoft Office tools, and collaboration platforms
  • CAPM certification is preferred but notrequired

Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Experience supporting technical projects or professional services organizations
  • Experience working in customer-facing coordination roles
  • Familiarity with technology deployment projects is preferred

Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities:

  • Proficient with SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project,andProjectManager.com.

Special Requirements:
This position may require limited travel to customer sites, Red River offices, or partner locations as needed.
