This is a Business Intelligence Manager position, .

coordinating overall workflow within his/her group and, as necessary, with the larger resource pool in DC BI

control quality and timeliness of the group's output

coaching staff to elevate their professional proficiency in both hard and soft skills

assisting in business analysis for more complex projects

coordinating complex work projects, especially those involving groups outside of Digital Channels

resolving more complicated Oracle SQL and Tableau programming issues potentially affecting data integrity.

short-term deliverables

Manage business partner relationships, provide thought leadership and coding expertise for OAO report redesign integration of OAO data with web analytics incorporation of new EDW DDM Redesign tables into Tableau reporting

Sales and Marketing insights based on OAO and other digital data * With peers, prioritize the use of limited 2017 CapEx dollars to maximize spend effectiveness

** long-term deliverables ** with peers, providing strategic architectural direction for data residing in EDW providing strategic direction and day-to-day management for the ongoing development of Tableau reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
