About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join our Strategy and Delivery Team as a part of Commercial Banking Operations Division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support change management efforts for Loan Accounting initiatives, including LoanIQ enhancements and LoanIQ conversion activities
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to ensure impacts are clearly defined, communicated, and implemented effectively
  • Develop and execute plans to support procedure updates, training, and operational readiness for system and process changes
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement using data, feedback, and basic root cause analysis
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support execution of key initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed
  • Analyze business challenges and contribute to recommendations to improve performance and reduce risk
  • Support delivery of moderate risk work and ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with business priorities
  • Create and present clear, concise materials (e.g., executive updates, status reporting, and decision decks) for senior leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project coordination or project management experience
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including experience creating presentations for leadership
  • Experience working in Lending Operations, Loan Accounting, or LoanIQ
  • Experience creating PowerPoint decks that tell a story and are used for decision making
  • Experience supporting change management for technology or operational initiatives
  • Sound communication skills with some experience presenting to leadership
  • Experience supporting communications, training, or procedural updates for Operations teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
